Emirates Unveils First Cities for A350 Launch, Starting September 2024
Emirates has officially announced the first destinations set to welcome its brand-new Airbus A350 aircraft, which will take to the skies starting September 2024. By March 31, 2025, the airline plans to integrate 10 A350s into its fleet, introducing these state-of-the-art aircraft to nine key destinations in the following months. This strategic expansion enhances passenger experiences with Emirates' latest cabin innovations and premium service offerings.
Enhanced Comfort and Service with Emirates’ A350
The first 10 Emirates A350 aircraft will feature a three-class configuration designed for superior comfort. Each aircraft will offer:

32 Business Class seats with the latest seating technology

21 Premium Economy seats for an upgraded experience

259 spacious Economy Class seats for optimal travel comfort
These aircraft are designated for short- to medium-haul routes within the Emirates network, providing passengers with a next-level flying experience. Notably, Bahrain will be the first destination to welcome the A350, marking the start of this exciting rollout.
Expanding Premium Economy & Business Class Experiences
With the arrival of the A350, Emirates is set to expand access to its acclaimed Premium Economy class and introduce travelers to its next-generation Business Class seating. These enhancements will be available on select routes in the Middle East, GCC, West Asia, and Europe.

First A350 Destinations Announced
The newly acquired A350s will begin serving the following cities on scheduled flights:
Middle East/GCC:

Bahrain – First flight on September 15 (EK839/840), with increased frequency expected by November.

Kuwait – Daily flights from September 16 (EK853/854).

Muscat – Service begins on December 1 (EK866/867).
West Asia:

Mumbai – A350 service starts October 27 (EK502/503).

Ahmedabad – Daily flights commence October 27 (EK538/539).

Colombo – Fourth daily flight to feature the A350 from January 1, 2025 (EK654/655).
Europe:
More destinations will be announced as Emirates continues expanding its A350 fleet.
