Metro-North Announces Hudson Line Weekend Service Changes

Metro-North Railroad will operate Hudson Line weekend service to and from New Hamburg and Poughkeepsie on a modified schedule from July 25 through September 13 to allow infrastructure work to take place along the line.

Modified Weekend Service

The schedule changes will affect Hudson Line trains serving New Hamburg and Poughkeepsie during weekends throughout the announced construction period.

Passengers traveling on the affected portion of the Hudson Line are advised to check the updated Metro-North schedules before beginning their journeys and allow additional time for travel.

Infrastructure Work

The modified service is being implemented to accommodate infrastructure work along the Hudson Line. The temporary schedule will remain in effect through September 13, after which regular weekend service is expected to resume, subject to ongoing construction requirements.
